Job Summary

Driving process improvement and documentation, the full-time remote Business System Analyst will define business process requirements, analyze customer needs, and implement customized solutions while collaborating with various stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Define business process requirements and implement solutions based on customer needs
• Create documentation for business processes, training procedures, and standard operating procedures
• Generate reports and analyze data to identify trends and inform management decisions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
• 2-5 years of directly related experience
• Analytical skills for root cause analysis and solution development
• Data management skills and basic knowledge of business operations
• Standard proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
