Business System Consultant
Job Summary
Supporting and enhancing the Human Capital Management (HCM) technology environment, the remote contract Business System Consultant III will lead business application support, process improvements, system enhancements, and vendor management activities with a primary focus on SAP SuccessFactors.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary functional expert for SAP SuccessFactors, including Learning Management System (LMS), Performance Management, and Reporting
- Provide Tier 2 support for business users, troubleshooting complex system issues and managing support tickets
- Ensure system changes are properly documented, tested, and implemented while communicating status updates to stakeholders
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a business-related discipline with at least 5-7 years of systems experience, or 8 years of related work experience with a minimum of 3 years in SAP SuccessFactors administration
- Strong experience supporting LMS, Performance Management, and Security Administration
- Experience managing vendor support tickets and working directly with SAP and third-party providers
- Proven ability in troubleshooting production issues and implementing system changes
- Strong analytical skills and experience in documentation and process management
