Job Summary
To enhance technology plans and strategies, the full-time remote Business Systems Analyst 3 will analyze operations, provide training, and integrate resources to improve efficiency and productivity within the Slate & Enrollment Technology team.
Key responsibilities
- Reviews and analyzes application issues, creating detailed support documentation and performing system maintenance
- Partners with stakeholders to plan and implement projects, managing system configurations and enhancements
- Conducts data analysis and reporting to support decision-making and develops dashboards for leadership
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- Slate Certification and/or International Institute of Business Analysis Agile Analysis Certification preferred
- Experience in user training and developing documentation, preferably in higher education admissions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and familiarity with data analysis software such as Power BI
