Business Systems Analyst
Job Summary
To support organizational objectives, the full-time Business Systems Analyst will design, enhance, and support business systems while serving as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams in a hybrid or remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with business and technology teams to optimize financial systems that drive business outcomes
- Gather and document business and technical requirements, analyzing processes to improve operational efficiency
- Lead financial initiatives, supporting solution design, testing, deployment activities, and continuous improvement efforts
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Finance, or a related field
- 5-8 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst supporting complex business and technology initiatives
- Proven ability to gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements
- Experience supporting corporate financial systems and related business processes is preferred
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in financial concepts and analytics tools such as Essbase and SQL
