Business Systems Analyst
Job Summary
Partnering with business stakeholders and technical teams, the full-time Business Systems Analyst will elicit and document requirements, translate them into actionable user stories, and support Agile teams in delivering system improvements remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate discovery sessions to gather and document business requirements, translating them into user stories and acceptance criteria
- Convert business requirements into technical specifications, ensuring clarity for development teams regarding scope and impacts
- Develop and execute test plans and cases, supporting system, integration, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate solutions
Required qualifications
- Experience documenting business and functional requirements
- Ability to facilitate requirements elicitation sessions and translate needs into clear documentation
- Proven experience converting business requirements into technical requirements for development teams
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project-based environments
- Access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico
