Business Systems Analyst
Job Summary
To support and optimize go-to-market systems and data operations, the fully remote Business Systems & Analytics Analyst will manage GTM system administration, maintain data integrity, and deliver actionable insights across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Finance.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary administrator for the GTM tech stack, including Salesforce, HubSpot, and other platforms, ensuring system integrity and user support
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational workflows and reporting consistency while supporting revenue operations and process optimization
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports, conduct data analysis, and ensure data accuracy across systems to inform strategic decision-making
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance, Computer Science, Analytics, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in GTM systems administration, Revenue Operations, or a related role
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce and other GTM platforms
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools and Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
