Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Business Systems Configuration Analyst III will analyze, design, configure, test, implement, and support healthcare platform software configurations while collaborating with various stakeholders and leveraging technical expertise.

Key responsibilities:

• Review change requests for system compatibility and troubleshoot configuration issues
• Analyze complex business requirements and perform system configuration analysis, design, coding, and unit testing
• Provide leadership and mentorship to team members while documenting project statuses and managing escalated issues

Required qualifications:

• Eight years of experience in healthcare, business analysis, or information systems
• Three years of technical experience with a healthcare platform as a configuration analyst or in information systems
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word and Excel
• Demonstrated knowledge of relational database concepts and ability to create and modify complex SQL scripts
• Willingness to work outside core business hours to meet business needs
