Business Systems Analyst
Job Summary
Partnering with business and technology teams, the full-time remote Business Systems Analyst will analyze processes, gather requirements, and deliver technology solutions to enhance efficiency and operational performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and system needs to identify solutions and improvement opportunities
- Gather, document, and validate business and system requirements
- Support system implementations, enhancements, configurations, and automations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience for BSA III or 8+ years for BSA IV in business analysis or related financial services environments
- Experience gathering business requirements and delivering technology-based solutions
- Advanced proficiency in at least two of the following: Salesforce, Microsoft Excel, SQL Server, TOAD, VBA, Agile methodology, or Lean methodology
- Experience supporting enterprise applications, system implementations, or automation initiatives
