Business Systems Analyst
Job Summary
To support the Enterprise Capacity Management Program, the contract Business Systems Analyst IV will work remotely for 6 months, focusing on cross-domain reporting, governance coordination, and analytics while partnering with technology teams to align capacity and demand data.
Key responsibilities:
- Support capacity management initiatives through data aggregation, reporting, and analytics
- Facilitate governance meetings and working groups, documenting decisions and actions
- Analyze capacity data to identify trends and opportunities for optimization
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role
- Experience in enterprise IT, infrastructure, operations, or technology environments
- Strong experience in developing reports, dashboards, and executive-level presentations
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related reporting tools
