Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

Partnering with business users and technology teams, the full-time remote Business Systems Analyst will define and document requirements, support system enhancements, and contribute to quality assurance through testing efforts.

Key responsibilities

• Quickly learn new systems and business processes to support analysis, documentation, and issue resolution
• Gather, analyze, and document requirements, user scenarios, and acceptance criteria in collaboration with stakeholders
• Perform system validation and contribute to both manual and automated testing for enhancements and ongoing maintenance

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a Business Analyst or similar role supporting business and technology initiatives
• 2+ years of experience with automated testing platforms or tools such as Selenium or Postman
• Experience creating requirements, user stories, and test documentation in an Agile/Scrum environment
• Hands-on experience with manual and/or automated testing activities
• Ability to work remotely with a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico
