Business Systems Analyst
Job Summary
Leading complex application projects remotely, the temporary Business Systems Analyst V will manage requirements gathering, testing, implementation, and post-implementation support while collaborating with stakeholders and technology teams in the banking industry.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate project meetings, document requirements, and coordinate milestones to keep stakeholders aligned
- Develop and maintain functional specifications, test plans, and other key project documentation
- Serve as a subject matter expert, advising teams on application impacts and ensuring solutions meet business needs
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 6 years of experience in operational/business analytics
- Minimum 6 years of experience in Workday Benefits module configuration, testing, and troubleshooting
- Minimum 6 years of experience in Workday HCM module configuration, testing, and troubleshooting
- Minimum 6 years of experience in Workday Other module configuration, testing, and troubleshooting
