Business Systems Analyst
Job Summary
To support operational needs, the full-time remote Business Systems Analyst will configure and enhance technology solutions, analyze requirements, and collaborate with business and technology teams to improve processes and deliver system enhancements.
Key responsibilities
- Configure and maintain business applications, including workflows and user interfaces
- Analyze business needs and support the design, testing, and implementation of system enhancements
- Create and maintain documentation, including business requirements and process flows
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field preferred; high school diploma required
- 2+ years of experience in business systems analysis or related fields
- Experience with FINEOS or similar configurable business platforms strongly preferred
- Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and systems implementation practices
- Experience translating business needs into system requirements or process improvements
