Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

Leading the gathering of business and functional requirements, the full-time remote Business Systems Analyst will manage product integration requests, partner with the Customer Success team to track technology trends, and conduct needs assessments to enhance business operations.

Key responsibilities:

• Test and pilot new product integration requests for various property management software
• Conduct detailed needs assessments by collaborating with senior leaders and researching technology options
• Document project parameters and manage the implementation of Property Management Software enhancements

Required qualifications:

• Experience with Yardi and other property management software integrations
• Project management certification preferred, with Asana experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Experience in designing statistically valid experiments for testing hypotheses
• Familiarity with agile product development and design thinking methodologies
