Business Systems Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting and enhancing business systems for lending operations, the full-time remote Business Systems Analyst will gather requirements, troubleshoot system issues, and collaborate with stakeholders to optimize processes and ensure system reliability.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for system enhancements and operational improvements
- Investigate system issues and collaborate with technical teams to resolve discrepancies and workflow errors
- Support the administration and maintenance of HubSpot and related business systems, including user configuration and reporting
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or similar role
- Experience with CRM platforms and workflow automation tools
- Ability to read technical documentation and understand system integrations
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
