Business Systems Analyst
Job Summary
To support the Distribution Operations team, the full-time remote Business Systems Analyst will gather and analyze business requirements, partner with stakeholders for system enhancements, and develop test plans to ensure solutions meet business needs.
Key responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements, processes, and workflows to develop and implement solutions
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to support system enhancements and address production issues
- Develop and execute test plans and scripts to verify that solutions meet both business and technical requirements
Required qualifications
- Experience with business analysis, requirements gathering, and workflow/process analysis
- Strong ability to understand and translate both business and technical needs
- Proven skills in managing multiple priorities and working independently
- Access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico
- Familiarity with Agile practices and business analysis methodologies is preferred
