Business Systems Analyst
Job Summary
To support digital initiatives, the contract Business Systems Analyst will work remotely to translate business needs into user stories, manage project scope, and facilitate stakeholder communication while participating in agile ceremonies.
Key responsibilities
- Translate business needs into user stories and lead backlog refinement to ensure alignment with business goals
- Support scope management by documenting changes and identifying potential risks or blockers
- Gather stakeholder input for backlog prioritization and act as a liaison between business and technical teams
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or in a similar role focused on digital initiatives
- Experience with enterprise CMS platforms such as Sitecore, Optimizely, or Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
- Familiarity with digital ecosystems including ERP, PIM, and marketing automation tools
- Bachelor's Degree (or foreign equivalent) required
- Experience in agile delivery environments, with familiarity in Scrum or Kanban methodologies
