Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

Seeking a highly collaborative and analytical Business Systems Analyst, the full-time remote position will manage the gathering, analysis, and documentation of functional and technical business requirements related to endpoint management and device lifecycle services while improving operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities:

• Partner with business customers and IT teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications
• Evaluate, design, test, and implement solutions across endpoint management platforms, including Microsoft Intune and related technologies
• Create and maintain documentation, including business process maps and standard operating procedures

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3-5 years of business analysis experience in a corporate IT infrastructure environment
• Working understanding of enterprise IT services, including device management and software delivery
• Ability to translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements
• Experience with agile project delivery methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
