Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Business Systems Analyst will connect business needs with technology solutions by analyzing processes and requirements, collaborating with stakeholders, and supporting system enhancements.
Key responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements, processes, data, and workflows to develop and implement solutions
- Partner with business and technical teams to support system enhancements, production issues, and ongoing maintenance
- Develop and execute test plans and scripts to ensure solutions meet business and technical requirements
Required qualifications
- Experience with business analysis, requirements gathering, and workflow/process analysis
- Ability to understand and translate both business and technical needs
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Experience managing multiple priorities and working independently in a remote environment
