Business Systems Analyst
Job Summary
Working remotely, the full-time Business Systems Analyst will build, maintain, and improve Procure-to-Pay systems, collaborating with Finance teams to enhance processes and automate workflows.
Key responsibilities
- Configure and maintain Procure-to-Pay systems, ensuring reliability for Finance teams
- Resolve system requests and incidents, implementing improvements for enhanced customer satisfaction
- Partner with various Finance departments to gather requirements and deliver well-tested solutions
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of experience in supporting or configuring Finance systems, particularly Coupa
- Understanding of Procure-to-Pay processes and their integration with ERP systems
- Experience with system integrations and tools like Coupa, Zip, and IntelAgree
- Proven ability to gather requirements and translate them into effective solutions
- Experience in building automations and utilizing AI tools in Finance workflows
