Business Systems Analyst
Job Summary
Providing production support for critical healthcare systems, the full-time Associate Business Systems Analyst will drive the resolution of incidents, participate in on-call rotations, and monitor system performance while working remotely from anywhere within the U.S.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide production support and drive resolution of P1/P2 incidents across various teams
- Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) activities and create high-quality Problem Records
- Establish and monitor SLIs, SLOs, and operational KPIs to improve system reliability
Required qualifications:
- Associate's degree or higher
- 2+ years of experience in Support, Production Support, DevOps, SRE, or Operations Engineering
- 2+ years supporting enterprise-scale systems in production
- Experience leading P1/P2 incident response and RCA activities
- Strong ServiceNow Incident and Problem Management experience
