Business Systems Analyst
Job Summary
To serve as a strategic liaison between Information Technology and various departments, the experienced Business Systems Analyst will work remotely, evaluating technology opportunities, leading a team to translate business needs into actionable technology plans, and supporting implementation efforts while residing in the United States and adhering to Central Time hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate opportunities for AI, automation, and existing systems to enhance business efficiency
- Facilitate requirements gathering through discovery sessions and translate needs into functional specifications
- Collaborate with IT teams to develop actionable plans addressing process deficiencies and technology needs
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, computer science, operations, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- A minimum of 3-4 years of project management experience
- Three or more years of experience in business analysis, systems analysis, or technology consulting
- Demonstrated experience in eliciting and documenting business and system requirements
- Working knowledge of AI-enabled tools, automation platforms, and enterprise applications
