Business Systems Analyst
Job Summary
To support operational excellence, the contract Business Systems Analyst will manage Oracle Fusion, Oracle EBS, and related applications, focusing 80% on functional tasks and 20% on technical aspects while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Review and design Order to Cash processes, including billing and invoicing for hardware, services, subscriptions, and bundles
- Administer integrations across Oracle systems and troubleshoot issues with business-level root cause analysis
- Collaborate with global stakeholders to drive process simplification and best practice adoption in an Agile environment
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5+ years of Order to Cash and IT experience, including 2+ years with Oracle Fusion and Oracle EBS O2C
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Order to Cash implementations in the last 5 years
- Strong understanding of the complete customer order lifecycle and associated business processes
- Experience collaborating across business and technical teams to support operational activities and project delivery
