Job Summary
To optimize business processes and drive efficiency, the full-time remote Business Systems Analyst III will analyze, design, and implement complex business systems while collaborating with development teams and stakeholders.
Key responsibilities:
- Gather and document detailed business needs, translating them into business requirements for development teams
- Conduct analysis of existing processes to identify areas for improvement and develop robust system solutions
- Create test plans, perform system testing, and provide ongoing support for implemented systems
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst in a manufacturing or global enterprise environment
- Proven expertise in requirements gathering, process analysis, and system design methodologies
- Strong understanding of various SDLC methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and experience with ERP systems, especially SAP ECC
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, such as SQL and Excel
