Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

To support a growing Enterprise Solutions team, the full-time Business Systems Analyst will engage with stakeholders to analyze and improve business processes, define solutions, and document requirements in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build relationships with process owners and conduct workshops to identify constraints and priorities
• Document current-state processes and collaboratively design future-state processes with the business
• Write user stories, functional design documents, and test cases to ensure clear specifications for developers and testers

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of experience as a business analyst or business systems analyst on enterprise application or process improvement projects
• Proficiency in process modeling using tools like Visio, Lucid, or Miro
• Strong business acumen with an understanding of financial metrics and decision-making
• Data literacy with the ability to work with Excel and understand data models
