Job Summary
To support Claims Operations in a remote capacity, the full-time Business Systems Analyst will serve as a liaison between business teams and technology, translating needs into scalable system solutions and enhancing reporting and processes across various claims lines.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze current claims workflows and define future-state processes to improve efficiency and user experience
- Develop and maintain operational reporting, dashboards, and performance metrics for Claims leadership
- Collaborate with technology teams to design and implement AI-enabled workflow improvements and training programs
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role
- Minimum 3 years of experience in insurance claims or claims technology solutions
- Hands-on experience with Guidewire ClaimCenter strongly preferred
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments required
