Job Summary
To support revenue cycle optimization initiatives, the remote contract Business Systems Analyst will collaborate with business units to gather requirements, serve as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams, and analyze workflows related to the revenue cycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business units to gather and translate requirements into functional specifications
- Analyze and document workflows, processes, and systems related to the revenue cycle
- Support implementation and ongoing maintenance of systems and tools while identifying opportunities for improvements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare Informatics, Business, or a related field
- 0-2 years of experience in a Business Systems Analyst or similar role
- Strong understanding of business processes, system workflows, and application interfaces
- Foundational knowledge of computer systems and software applications
- Ability to effectively translate technical concepts into business requirements and solutions
