Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time remote Business Systems Analyst with expertise in intelligent automation, RPA, and AI-driven solutions to optimize business operations through process discovery, requirements gathering, and solution design while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities:

• Plans, designs, develops, and launches efficient business systems to support core organizational functions
• Gathers and analyzes data to support business cases, proposed projects, and system requirements
• Enhances process automation using RPA tools and oversees the design and implementation of software and hardware solutions

Required qualifications:

• Minimum of one year of experience in Business Administration, Computer Science, Accounting, or Management Information Systems for Level I; three years for Level II; five years for Level III
• Experience with automation development and technologies such as UiPath and Intelligent Document Processing
• Proven ability to identify and implement scalable automation opportunities
• Working knowledge of programming languages including PowerOn, VB.NET, and T-SQL
• Experience in analyzing database operations and applying technology to business environments
