Job Summary
Collaborating with business partners and technical teams, the full-time remote Business Systems Analyst II will analyze business processes and requirements to design and implement technology solutions that enhance efficiency and performance.
Key responsibilities:
- Gather and document business and functional requirements through collaboration with stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Lead requirements analysis and process mapping efforts to support system enhancements and new solutions
- Develop comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and conduct impact assessments for proposed changes
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or in a related technical or analytical role
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience with backlog management
- 2+ years of experience in quality assurance, including planning and test design
- Proven ability to present findings and recommendations to stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred
