Job Summary
To enhance business processes and systems, the full-time Business Systems Analyst will document and analyze requirements, collaborate with stakeholders, and translate user needs into functional specifications while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Evaluate business processes to identify areas for improvement and gather requirements for change
- Conduct data analysis and prepare business cases outlining potential benefits and associated risks
- Deliver functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams to design solutions based on user requirements
Required qualifications
- BS or BA in computer science, information systems, or business administration
- 5-7 years of relevant work experience, preferably with IT development staff on complex projects
- Experience with CRM platforms such as Dynamics 365 or Salesforce
- Strong data analysis and presentation skills
- Proven experience in business and technical requirements analysis and documentation
