Job Summary
Supporting the SAP S/4HANA brownfield migration, the full-time Business Systems Analyst II will implement and enhance OpenText Vendor Invoice Management (VIM), manage custom developments, and ensure efficient Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Implement and configure OpenText VIM workflows and exception handling in SAP S/4HANA
- Design and support custom VIM developments, including BAdIs and ABAP reports
- Perform vendor invoice and tax reconciliation, resolving discrepancies and managing integration with Vertex
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of hands-on SAP experience, with 2+ years implementing OpenText VIM
- Experience configuring OpenText Invoice Capture Server (ICS)
- Strong knowledge of P2P processes in SAP, including various PO and invoice types
- Proven ability to design and support VIM customizations
- Experience with at least two full-cycle VIM implementations or migrations
