Business Systems Analyst III

Job Summary

Focused on enhancing SAP manufacturing and project-based operations, the full-time Business Systems Analyst III will manage the design, configuration, and continuous improvement of SAP Project Systems and Production Planning while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Serve as the subject matter expert for SAP Project Manufacturing, leading process improvements to enhance planning accuracy and cost visibility
• Gather and document business requirements, translating them into SAP configuration or enhancements while defining test strategies and leading testing phases
• Support project cost planning, commitments, and variance analysis in collaboration with Finance and Program Controls

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Finance, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of experience as an SAP functional or business systems analyst, with 4+ years in SAP PS and PP in a manufacturing setting
• Experience with MRP/MPS, capacity planning, routings, BOMs, and production order execution
• Proficiency in configuring and supporting SAP PS, PP/PP-PI, MM, QM, and CO integration
• Ability to lead unit, integration, and user acceptance testing processes
