Job Summary
Leading moderately complex application projects, the temporary Business Systems Analyst IV will work remotely to manage requirements gathering, functional design, testing, and implementation while collaborating with business stakeholders and technology teams.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead functional activities including requirements gathering, functional specifications, and project coordination
- Develop and execute test plans and cases, ensuring issues are documented and resolved prior to implementation
- Serve as a subject matter expert, collaborating with vendors and mentoring less-experienced team members
Required qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 5 years of experience in operational/business analytics
- Minimum 5 years of experience in SIT and UAT test management/coordination
- Minimum 5 years of commercial banking experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in writing business requirements and test scripts/cases
