Business Systems Analyst - VA
Job Summary
To support a mission-critical federal application modernization program, the full-time Business Systems Analyst - VA will collaborate with Government stakeholders and technical teams to translate complex business processes into actionable requirements, while working in a hybrid environment that includes on-site and remote work.
Key responsibilities
- Document detailed workflows and map business processes to identify requirements and improvement opportunities
- Capture and document business rules, facilitating stakeholder reviews and formal sign-offs
- Develop measurable acceptance criteria and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate incorporation of business requirements
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst supporting federal enterprise applications
- Demonstrated experience with business process mapping and business-rules documentation
- Experience developing testable acceptance criteria and maintaining requirements traceability
- Ability to collaborate effectively with Government stakeholders, technical teams, and Product Owners
- U.S. citizenship with eligibility to obtain and maintain a Department of War security clearance
