Business Systems Architect
Job Summary
To support the evolution of business operations, the full-time Business Systems Architect will design and govern the enterprise application ecosystem, ensuring systems are secure, integrated, and scalable while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the reference architecture and maintain systems maps, data flow diagrams, and integration inventories
- Serve as the technical architect for core SaaS platforms, overseeing integrations and establishing data governance
- Lead architecture reviews and support compliance audit readiness by designing access controls and change management processes
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in enterprise IT, business systems, or solutions architecture, with 3+ years in an architect capacity
- Deep hands-on experience with NetSuite, including implementation and customization
- Strong knowledge of Okta, Google Workspace administration, and Slack Enterprise Grid
- Proven experience architecting integrations across enterprise SaaS platforms using iPaaS tools and APIs
- Experience designing systems that meet compliance frameworks such as SOX, HIPAA, and SOC 2
