Business Systems Architect
Job Summary
To support the architecture and integration of core business systems, the contract Business Systems Architect will focus on ServiceNow, ERP, CRM, and HRIS applications, ensuring effective system integration and workflow automation while working remotely for a 12-month period.
Key Responsibilities
- Define architecture and integration standards for core business applications
- Configure and develop ServiceNow workflows and automate processes to enhance operational efficiency
- Support ERP and other business system implementations, including testing and data migration
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in enterprise business systems architecture, implementation, and integration
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow development, including workflow automation and integrations
- Experience with ERP, CRM, HRIS, and other enterprise systems in complex environments
- Strong understanding of system integrations, APIs, and data architecture
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience
