Business Systems Consultant

Job Summary

Partnering with business and technology stakeholders, the full-time Business Systems Consultant will analyze and document business requirements, lead process improvement initiatives, and facilitate the delivery of technology solutions in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, document, and validate business requirements and workflows for complex initiatives
• Lead process improvement efforts by conducting gap analyses and recommending solutions to enhance quality and efficiency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to ensure successful technology solution delivery

Required qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of business analysis, process improvement, and project delivery methodologies
• Strong understanding of software development concepts, system implementations, and application integrations
• Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and build consensus across business and technology organizations
• Experience in gathering and validating business requirements and supporting testing efforts
• Ability to work remotely with access to high-speed internet and reside in the United States
