Business Systems Consultant
Job Summary
Partnering with business and technology teams, the full-time remote Business Systems Consultant will lead complex initiatives involving business analysis, process improvement, and system enhancements for the Annuity Product Performance team.
Key responsibilities
- Lead requirements gathering, workflow analysis, and current-state assessments to identify gaps and recommend improvements
- Collaborate with stakeholders and development teams to define business rules, document system requirements, and support product launches and regulatory updates
- Develop and coordinate testing strategies, validate system functionality, and manage cross-functional initiatives focused on process improvement and change management
Required qualifications
- HTML coding experience is essential
- Advanced knowledge of business systems, business analysis, and process improvement
- Experience in gathering and documenting requirements and translating business needs into technical solutions
- Working knowledge of software development concepts and application architecture
- Demonstrated project delivery and stakeholder engagement skills
