Business Systems Consultant
Job Summary
Partnering with business and technology teams, the full-time Business Systems Consultant will focus on data mapping, support enterprise system integrations, and improve end-to-end data flows within a Snowflake-based data ecosystem in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Gather and translate business requirements into system and data solutions, documenting workflows and creating clear requirements for enhancements and integrations
- Lead data mapping and integration support activities, ensuring accurate data flow across systems within a Teradata/Snowflake-based environment
- Analyze current processes to identify improvement opportunities, performing gap analysis and recommending solutions for enhanced efficiency and quality
Required qualifications
- Experience working with third-party vendors to support integrations and manage data flows
- Hands-on experience with data mapping or enterprise system integrations, preferably with Snowflake
- Experience in business systems analysis or consulting, including gathering requirements and supporting system implementations
- Familiarity with Agile, SDLC, or structured implementation environments
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to build relationships with stakeholders and manage competing priorities
