Business Systems Lead

Job Summary

To enhance operational efficiency, the fully remote Business Systems Lead will manage the corporate functions systems portfolio, focusing on integrating processes across Finance, Human Resources, Legal, and Compliance while leading projects and vendor partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain a comprehensive view of the corporate functions portfolio, including systems, owners, vendors, and improvement opportunities
• Lead cross-functional discovery to translate business problems into clear requirements and future-state process designs
• Oversee initiatives from discovery through implementation, ensuring effective stakeholder communication and quality delivery

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, technology, finance, operations, or a related field preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business systems, enterprise applications, or related roles
• Proven experience in managing a systems roadmap and leading cross-functional initiatives
• Strong functional knowledge of HRIS and finance or accounting platforms
• Experience in designing integrations and workflow automation within a regulated environment is preferred
