Business Systems Lead

Job Summary

To enhance the customer lifecycle experience, the fully remote Business Systems Lead will manage the integration of fragmented processes and systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows and drive measurable improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a comprehensive view of the customer lifecycle portfolio, including systems, workflows, and improvement opportunities
• Lead cross-functional discovery efforts to translate business problems into clear requirements and design future-state processes
• Oversee the execution of initiatives from discovery through implementation, ensuring stakeholder communication and outcome measurement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, technology, operations, or a related field preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business systems, enterprise applications, or a related role
• Proven ability to transform complex, cross-functional processes into scalable solutions with measurable results
• Strong functional experience with customer lifecycle platforms, particularly Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
• Experience in designing integrations and workflow automation, preferably in a healthcare or regulated environment
