Job Summary
Leading a team of Business Systems Analysts in a remote full-time capacity, the Business Systems Manager will oversee Workday Financials service operations, ensuring stability and driving continuous improvement while managing performance and workload.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and develop a team of analysts, setting service delivery standards and managing performance
- Oversee service operations including incident triage, request fulfillment, and root-cause remediation
- Partner with stakeholders to shape the Workday Financials roadmap, translating business needs into prioritized initiatives
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree and four years of experience or equivalent education and experience
- Proven ability to lead and manage staff in a production support environment
- Expertise in systems analysis methods and techniques
- Experience supporting ERP/business systems, including Workday Financials
