Business Systems Manager
Job Summary
Owning the intent layer of the systems roadmap, the fully remote Business Systems Manager will manage the business systems intake process, lead agile delivery sprint planning, and partner with the Business Systems Software Engineer to establish infrastructure and DevOps practices.
Key responsibilities
- Own the business systems intake process, prioritizing requests from cross-functional stakeholders into a structured backlog
- Lead agile delivery sprint planning and backlog grooming, translating operational asks into user stories with clear acceptance criteria
- Ensure data quality across core systems by auditing, cleaning, and implementing ongoing checks to maintain integrity
Required qualifications
- 5+ years in business systems analysis, product management, or revenue operations with hands-on experience in Salesforce and NetSuite
- Experience in setting up or maturing DevOps practices, CI/CD, and release management in resource-constrained teams
- Proven ability to turn ambiguous business problems into structured backlogs with clear acceptance criteria
- Real experience shipping production work with AI development tools
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience in technical product environments
