Business Systems Manager

Job Summary

Owning and evolving the systems that run the company, the remote Manager, Business Systems will manage a NetSuite engineer and focus on configurations, integrations, and leveraging AI coding agents to enhance business processes across Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee NetSuite end-to-end, including configuration, workflows, and core business processes
• Build and maintain integrations with e-commerce platforms and other business tools using APIs and custom ETL
• Lead the systems roadmap and mentor the NetSuite engineering team while ensuring reliability and controls

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in business systems or enterprise applications
• 5+ years of hands-on NetSuite administration and SuiteScript 2.x development
• Experience with AI coding agents and strong judgment in validating AI-generated code
• Proficient in designing integrations using REST APIs and SQL with transactional business data
• Strong understanding of core business processes including order-to-cash and month-end close
