Business Systems Manager
Job Summary
Working fully remote, the Business Systems Manager II will act as a liaison between business users and the technology team, ensuring effective communication of business needs while managing the analysis, implementation, and integration of systems.
Key responsibilities
- Identifies business needs through thorough analysis and requirements elicitation
- Produces high-quality deliverables, including business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories
- Supervises and coaches junior business analysts while participating in roadmap planning and resource allocation
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 6+ years in a Senior Business Analyst role within a banking software delivery organization
- 1+ year of experience in leading or managing other Senior Business Analysts
- Demonstrated subject matter expertise in all areas of the Business Analyst function
- Familiarity with Agile tools such as JIRA and Confluence
