Owning a major workstream within the Customer Success Platform, the full-time Business Systems Product Manager will manage product roadmaps, drive execution and delivery, and integrate AI strategies while working in a flexible or remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own and execute on the product roadmap, translating business priorities into detailed business requirements
- Drive elite-level execution on initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality user experiences
- Communicate effectively with senior executives regarding roadmap status, risks, and outcomes
Required qualifications
- 8+ years in Product Management, business systems, or enterprise technology
- Proven track record of owning and shipping product roadmaps in complex enterprise environments
- Experience presenting strategy and program status to VP and C-level stakeholders
- Genuine passion for AI with experience applying it in product strategy
- Demonstrated ability to lead through influence without direct reports
