Business Systems Program Manager
Job Summary
To support a dynamic startup ecosystem, the full-time temporary Business Systems Program Manager will manage systems and processes for engaging with over 40,000 startups, focusing on requirements discovery, delivery coordination, and operational documentation in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Translate business priorities into a systems and process roadmap through collaboration with stakeholders
- Lead requirements discovery and prioritize tasks while interfacing with platform engineering teams for delivery coordination
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT), manage documentation, and oversee the quarterly member rebate process for NVIDIA products
Required qualifications
- 7-12 years of experience in business systems or operations program management
- Strong functional experience with Salesforce (4+ years)
- Experience in managing systems roadmaps and translating business needs into clear requirements (4+ years)
- Proficiency in using AI agents for operational tasks and familiarity with Jira or similar project management tools
- Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity in highly matrixed organizations
