A company is looking for a Business Technical Operations Consultant ll.
Key Responsibilities
- Define Plan business requirements and translate them into NASCO system requirements
- Create quality artifacts and provide input for documentation and project turnover information
- Collaborate with Plan and NASCO vendors to resolve system processing or performance issues
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- 7 years of experience related to software development lifecycle methodology
- 3 years of experience in the Healthcare Insurance Industry
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, business technology, or related fields, or equivalent work experience
- Knowledge of TSO, file transfer, and Mainframe and Mid-Tier server technologies
- Knowledge of project management processes and system change request processes
