Business Technology Advisor
Job Summary
Client-focused and technically astute, the full-time remote Business Technology Advisor will serve as a trusted technology consultant, leading strategy sessions, developing Statements of Work, and providing guidance on technology modernization to align client investments with business objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Lead recurring client strategy sessions focused on technology roadmaps and long-term IT planning
- Develop and maintain Statements of Work (SOWs) for technology projects and manage ongoing strategic planning initiatives
- Provide consultative guidance on infrastructure, cloud, and technology modernization opportunities
Required qualifications
- 3-5+ years of experience in IT consulting, technical account management, or vCIO-level advisory within a Managed Services environment
- Strong technical knowledge across Microsoft infrastructure, cloud technologies, networking, and cybersecurity
- Experience developing technology roadmaps, budget plans, and Statements of Work (SOWs)
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and professional experience preferred
