Job Summary
To support strategic initiatives, the remote Business Technology Partner will serve as a key liaison between business functions and technology, translating business needs into actionable technology strategies while leveraging hands-on Salesforce development experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a deep understanding of business priorities and translate them into technology strategies and scalable solutions
- Design, build, and support Salesforce capabilities, including automation, integrations, and reporting
- Facilitate alignment across various stakeholders on technology initiatives and maintain visibility into initiative progress and outcomes
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in technology business partnering, Salesforce development, or related disciplines
- Hands-on Salesforce development and administration experience, including solution design and data modeling
- Proven ability to translate business needs into technology strategies and measurable outcomes
- Strong understanding of enterprise systems, integrations, and business operations
