Job Summary
Leading the strategic oversight of business technology initiatives, the full-time VP, Business Technology Strategy & Integration will manage technology strategy alignment with commercial objectives, oversee integration strategies, and provide governance to ensure scalable execution while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the strategic leader for aligning business objectives with technology capabilities and investment recommendations
- Provide governance and executive oversight to identify strategic risks and capability gaps across technology initiatives
- Guide enterprise integration strategies to ensure compliant and connected solutions across brand touchpoints
Required qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in technology strategy, martech consulting, or digital agency leadership within the Life Sciences/Healthcare industry
- Deep understanding of commercial pharmaceutical marketing and omnichannel engagement strategies
- Robust knowledge of enterprise marketing tech ecosystems, including Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Veeva systems
- Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable technology strategies and governance
- Outstanding executive presence with the ability to communicate effectively between business leads and technical teams
